What is the minimum order size?
Depends on the decoration method — 6 pieces for embroidery or hat decoration, 24 for screen printing, heat press, or contract work, and 60 for laser etching. Applies per design placement per run.
Is there a digitizing fee for new logos?
Yes — a one-time setup fee applies to new embroidery artwork. Once your logo is digitized and saved, all repeat orders skip this fee entirely.
Can I supply my own blank garments?
Yes — customer-supplied blanks accepted for embroidery at $20 per placement, 6-piece minimum. We don't screen print on customer-supplied garments to protect fabric integrity.
What file formats do you need?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or vector PDF) are preferred. We can rebuild or clean .PNG and .JPG files if that's all you have.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Two weeks or less from proof approval. Rush production is available — call 401-434-9224 to check availability.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes — pricing tiers down automatically as quantity scales. Volume programs for municipal, healthcare, and construction accounts available on request.
Can you match our Pantone brand colors?
Yes — we match thread colors using Pantone (PMS) references across our full polyester and rayon thread palette.
