Short answer: East Coast Embroidery builds company uniform programs for Rhode Island and nearby New England teams. We embroider polos, work shirts, jackets and hats with your logo, starting at 6 pieces. About 70 percent of our uniform work is embroidery so the logo holds up through wash and wear. Screen printing covers larger staff or event runs at a 24 piece minimum.

What a uniform program includes

A uniform program is more than a one time order. You pick a core set of garments, we digitize your logo once for $50, and you reorder as you hire. Typical pieces:

  1. Embroidered polos and quarter zips for office and client facing staff
  2. Embroidered work shirts and outerwear for crews
  3. Embroidered hats and caps for daily wear
  4. Screen printed tees when you need a larger staff or event run

Minimums and turnaround

Minimums:

  1. Embroidery: 6 pieces
  2. Shirt printing (screen printing): 24 pieces
  3. Heat press: 24 pieces
  4. Contract work: 24 pieces
  5. Laser etching: 60 pieces

Turnaround: about 2 weeks for current customers. Up to 3 weeks for new customers, because the logo is tested before the full run. Hours: Mon to Thu 10 to 4, Fri 10 to 1, closed weekends.

  2. We quote the order. New embroidery logos have a $50 digitizing fee.
  3. You approve the proof. We produce the order on the turnaround above.
  4. Pick up in East Providence or ship in New England.
  5. Reorders use the logo on file. The digitizing fee does not repeat.
