ECE Finance Bridge — End User License Agreement

This page is the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the "ECE Finance Bridge," an internal QuickBooks Online integration built and operated by East Coast Embroidery for our own business use. It is not a product offered to the public.
1. Internal Use Only
The ECE Finance Bridge (the "App") is an internal tool built for East Coast Embroidery's own business operations. It is not distributed to, offered to, or intended for use by the general public or any other business.
2. License Grant
We grant ourselves, and our authorized internal systems and personnel, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App solely to read data from our own QuickBooks Online company file, for internal financial reporting and business coordination, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Scope of Access
The App connects to QuickBooks Online on a read-only basis. It does not create, modify, void, or delete any QuickBooks record, and does not send any communication on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for what data the App accesses and how that data is stored and used.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Hat LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
6. Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, without notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision to this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
